BSi Steel is 100% committed to BEE as a vehicle to enriching the lives of all people within South Africa, including those of our staff.

We have contracted with DRG Siyaya to conduct our BEE scorecard, which will hopefully be available in early 2008 once our main supplier has finalized their own BEE Scorecard.

The company has made a huge investment into skills development of all black staff and regularly grants study bursaries.

Continual focus is given to improving our Employment Equity profile so that we reflect the demographic profile of South Africa.

Listing on the Altx Exchange has facilitated up to as much as 25% black ownership over the next year

As a Group we are continually bettering the lives of needy South Africans through our Social Investment Campaign which includes contributions to Hospice, Aids Orphanages in KZN and Gauteng, donations to the Pietermaritzburg Community Chest and other worthy NPO’s.
